Germ Doc. ™
No phenols, no chlorine bleaches, phosphate free
Germ Doc. ™ is our E.P.A. registered mildew stat that kills mold and mildew spores and fungi (quaternary disinfectant). Kills gram positive and gram negative bacteria. Contains four top quality quats plus other ingredients for complete top quality disinfectant, which meet O.S.H.A requirements.
Mildewcidal: Use full strength. Germ Doc™ will effectively inhibit the growth of mold, mildew and the odors caused by them when applied to surfaces. Use anywhere a water-based cleaner can be used. Note: Do not mix Germ Doc™ with water or cleaners; always use Germ Doc™ full strength. Allow to dry on surface.
Fungicidal: Use full strength. Effective against trichophyton mentagrophytes (athlete’s foot fungus) when used on surfaces in areas such as locker rooms, dressing rooms, shower areas and exercise areas. Bacterialcidal, pseudomonicidal, staphylocidal, tuberculocidal, virucidal.
Works great to control diseases such as canine and feline parvovirus and many others. Easy to use, no mixing, apply full strength to the surface with sprayer. Allow to remain wet for 10 minutes. Let air dry or wipe dry. Pets can use area immediately when dry. Always use Germ Doc.™ to clean kitchen counters after cutting up meat and poultry so you will not have to worry about ecoli. Clean bathrooms and showers with Germ Doc.™, no need to rinse.
Mold and Mildew in carpet: Use the B.O.S.S.™, Germ Doc.™and Carpet Granule: This is a three-step process:

Spray B.O.S.S. ™ on carpet and wait 30 minutes.

Spray Germ Doc. ™ on carpet until very wet; wait 45 minutes, then clean carpet as usual. Dry very fast with fans.

Sprinkle Carpet Granule on carpet and leave for four to five days before vacuuming. One jar will take care of 300 sq. feet.
Recommended For use in: Hospitals, nursing homes, schools, colleges, public restrooms, veterinary clinics, dental offices and labs, food processing plants, pet shops, kennels, breeding and grooming establishments, airports, hotels and motels, confined animal houses, households (kitchens, sinks, bathrooms, pet areas or just anywhere). Even lightly mist bedding and pillows to stop the spread of colds and flu.
This product WILL help with most allergy problems.
Directions for use: Apply full strength to walls, floors and other hard surfaces such as tables, chairs, lawn furniture, countertops, sinks, bathtubs, toilets, urinals, tiles, hampers, porcelain and bed frames.
Easy to use, no mixing, apply full strength to the surface with sprayer. Allow to remain wet for 10 minutes, letting air dry or wipe dry. Germ Doc. ™ is odorless, so no one even knows you’re using it.
One quart will treat an area approximately 75 to 100 square feet; one gallon for 300 to 400 square feet. FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) has Additional Product Information
