My 2001 Chrysler convertible has a strong mold/mildew problem. The odor is very strong, though I can’t seem to locate the source. The car has carpets and leather seats. Neither shows any visible growth. It is possible that the source of the odor is coming from the air conditioner. Will Germ Doc help to eliminate the actual problem, or will it just hide the odor temporarily?

I would recommend you treat your problem as follows:
When you raise your hood, you will see the vents (intake vents) that bring The fresh air into the air conditioner. With your car running and your air on high, take the Germ Doc. and spray 10 squirts into the vent and wait 2 to 3 minutes, Then spray another 10 squirts. This should kill the mold spores in the ventilation system, thus eliminating the odor. This procedure should be repeated every 3 to 4 months, to prevent the recurrence of this problem in areas with high humidity. If there is still any odor after a few hours of running the ventilation system, then you should treat the interior of the car with the Germ Doc and Carpet Granules. When you use products that have no odor of their own, you are not covering up odors. You are eliminating odors!

I am searching for a product that I could use on the lawn, having five dogs which occupy this space, I would like to disinfect safely. Thank you for your question, We do not have our products in stores. Assuming the carpet is still out, these are the products you would use. you did not tell us, what type of flooring was under the carpet, and if the black spots from the urine were all over or just around the edges. So, we are going to assume the worst.
This is what you would need:
Brand new pump-up garden sprayer to apply the product.
4 gallons of B.O.S.S.
2 gallons of NOC
2 gallons of Germ Doc.
5 Carpet Granule

It is built on slab, on the down slope of a hill. I was thinking of putting bowls of your granules out on a couple of tables, but don’t know which of your products to buy. What do you suggest? Thanks – Chris,

Is your downstairs carpeted? Is the downstairs finished or unfinished? The Germ Doc. is for mold and mildew, We also use other products along with it. Have you had a leak? Or it just does not get enough light? The Household Packs are used in basements or downstairs.Read on these products and give me some more information and I can help you more.
Downstairs is both finished and carpeted. It just doesn’t get enough light,
and in the winter, we get a lot of moisture, because there is a natural

I am sending you some of the pages from the website as attachments. Use the B.O.S.S. and Germ Doc on carpet, and any place else you can smell mildew. As you get rid of some of the odor, you will be able to search out the rest. Use the Carpet Granule and leave on at least 5 days but no longer than 7. I would also recommend the Household Packs down there, they are good for two years as long as you follow the instructions. They pull odor and moisture. I am here, if you have more questions.

Thank you for a timely response. The spill occurred in the first floor bathroom. No carpet, just linoleum . Bathroom, approximately, 5 X 9 square ft. Is situated over basement. Spill seeped down through floorboards onto basement concrete floor. About a 10 X 10 square ft. area of the concrete floor was wet, or the area directly under the bathroom. Nj is home. This happened months ago. After all I’ve done, the odor still make it’s presence known. I’m still fighting it!!
I’ve tried several products 2 gallons Nilodor Bio-Enzymatic Urine Digester, full strength & diluted, applied with 3 gallon pump sprayer, to bathroom floor, basement ceiling & floor area.

This is an old house, I’ve found the bathroom floor is not exactly level. I poured the product on the floor & watched as it dripped down on the basement floor, that is the area where I concentrate spraying to the bathroom floor, basement ceiling & floor area. Hope this helps you to help me!!!

This is what I would do, if I came to your home on a Contract Job.
I will refer you to pages to read, so you will know why I am recommending these products and you can see why the products you have used did not work.

You are going to have to make things wet again. Is the linoleum in good shape?
Are you ready to remove it, to get to the source of the problem?

I would take the N O C and mix it 2 parts warm water (not hot) to one part
N O C and apply wherever the bad stuff went, the odor is going to get real bad, because it activates the bad stuff. Then your odor will start going down in 45 minutes and continue to go away.

Put fans on the area, until all is completely dried.

Then I would take the Germ Doc and mist all area.

PS:
Have a contract job to do Saturday for skunk under a mobile home.
That will be taken care with the N O C , Germ Doc. And fine powder.

I bought a costume that was stored in a dry cleaning bag for several years. I read somewhere that spirits water on the fabric and layering zeolite rocks for a few days would pull out the stale smell. Is this true? Is so, which of your products would work best?
I’ve used Febreze on it which helped a little, but the strong scent is still there.

The Febreze has a odor of it’s on, so all it did was cover or mask the odor.
You always have to use products that have no odor. Eliminate odor, don’t try to cover it up, when the
cover up odor is gone, you are left with your original odor.

You can spray Natures Air on the item, first.
Then use the Carpet Granule or Household Packs, which both is made from Zeolite.
The carpet Granule can also be used in the washing machine and the garbage disposal.
