Returns & Exchanges You may turn "new and unused" merchandise that has not been special ordered within 15 days of ship date as stated in our Returns section for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping and handling. You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from NOGC.com before returning merchandise. We will not accept any returned merchandise without an RMA number.
